Will my doctor be making all the decisions for my treatment and will he/she be there to perform my egg retrieval and embryo transfer? |
|
|
Most of the time your own doctor will be making the decisions
during your infertility treatment cycles. However, there are times when
your doctor may not be available and another doctor from the practice may
have to be consulted.
Your retrieval and transfer will be scheduled with
your individual physician whenever possible. We do not have a "scheduled"
day when each doctor perfoms all the procedures that day no matter who's
patient.
At Columbia Fertility Associates we pride ourselves on
providing personalized service and believe that it is important that our
patients feel comfortable in knowing that their own doctor is intimately
involved in their treatment. This commitment to our patients is what makes
us different from other programs in the region.
